Greeting order

The Council has made a small change in the greeting order. Note that the FG and SG were added.
You are expected to greet the Council of Captains first, including Advisers, then Captain Emeritus, if any are present. Next you will greet any Pledged Male Patrons of Gorean Shores then other Free Men, any Pledged Free Women of Gorean Shores present, any other Free Women, the GSfg, and the GSsg.
They are to be greeted before you may greet any kajirae/slaves. Do not greet fellow slaves until they have been given permission to enter and are in the room.
